Nature photography of guest artists Larry and Linda Dunlap will be featured and offered for sale during the month of December, as well as other photographers’ work.
The Dunlaps, both avid photographers since 1968, primarily focus their cameras on the beautiful scenery of the North Woods and Lake Superior region, creating a portfolio of its unique land and sea scapes, along with more close-up details.
Larry is a former teacher who most recently worked fifteen years for the Duluth Public Library until he retired in 2006. Linda is a former graphic artist and photographer for newspapers, as well as for a scientific research laboratory. They are contributors to Lake Superior Magazine and their images can be found on calendars as well as in Duluth and North Shore galleries and shops.
They will be on hand at the DPI to meet the public and answer questions about their work on Fridays and Saturdays from 11-7, and Sundays from 12-5, the first three weekends in December; then the afternoons of December 22nd and 28th.
